There were 15 accidents and 14 disabled vehicle assists that Twinsburg police responded to between 6:45 and 10:34 a.m. today, due to the weather, said Assistant Chief Bob Gonsiewski. "There were no serious accidents or serious injuries," Gonsiewski said.

Frank Oswald, 24, of University Heights, was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 24-year-old woman, according to a March 1 release from Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh.
