Thankful for people who helped his wife
I'd like to say something positive about this community.
My wife has a horrible fear of being stranded in her car. On April 24 she was running our daughter to the fitness center and ran out of gas in the middle of the intersection. I was unavailable to help her that evening. I'd like to thank all the people who stopped to help her. She called me in a panic, and after that one person after another actually stopped to help.
A man pushed her car out of the intersection. A woman ran to get her some gas and refused to take money for it. A police officer waited with her the entire time until the woman returned with the gas.
This truly is a great community in which to live, and there are people in this community who like to help others. Thank you, whomever you were.
