Lillard performs in spring piano recital

Tazia Lillard of Twinsburg recently performed in a spring piano recital at the University of Findlay. Lillard performed "Toccatina" by E.L. Lancaster.

Best graduates from Mount Union

The University of Mount Union celebrates the Class of 2017. Receiving his diploma was Greg Best of Twinsburg, who graduated with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. More than 487 graduate and undergraduate students participated in the University of Mount Union's 171st commencement ceremony.

Students graduate from John Carroll

John Carroll University announces that the following local students have graduated following the May 21 commencement ceremony. Twinsburg graduates included Leah Berdysz in exercise science; Madison Chickos in sociology and criminology; Alexandra DeRoia in education; and Bryant Stone in psychological science.

Dean's list at JC

John Carroll University has announced its spring 2017 dean's list. Named to the list were Twinsburg students Matthew Andrews; Katherine Atkins; Leah Berdysz; Grace Blanchard; Madison Chickos; Lauren Cianciolo; Melanie Hall; Jessica Krenn; Matthew O'Donnell; Matthew Passerell; Tanjot Singh; Chloe Slavin; Bryant Stone; and McKenzie Zucker.

Coastal Carolina names Campbell

Delayna Campbell of Twinsburg, majoring in psychology, has been named to the President's List at Coastal Carolina University for the spring 2017 semester. To qualify for the President's List, students must earn a 4.0 grade point average and must be enrolled full time.

Ashland announces dean's list

Twinsburg students have been named to the dean's list at Ashland University, including Erica Linderman (early childhood education); Delaney Jones (Spanish and political science); and Caroline Toth (integrated social studies and history). To be eligible for this honor, a student must be enrolled full time at Ashland University and achieve at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Coschia graduates at Cloud Community

Dakota Coschia of Twinsburg has completed the requirements for an associate of science degree from Cloud County Community College. Students completing the degree requirements were participated in the spring 2017 commencement May 12.

Grove City announces dean's list

The following Twinsburg students have been named to the dean's list for the spring 2017 semester at Grove City College, including Lauren Hughes (exercise science) and Alexander Trachsel (mechanical engineering).

Strong graduates from Benedictine

Jamie Strong of Twinsburg was part of the largest graduating class in the 159-year history of Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan. Strong earned a bachelor's degree in psychology.
