Paramedics administered four hits of Narcan after determining that his seizure may have ben caused by a narcotic. After Narcan was administered, the man came around and struggled with the paramedics and officers. He denied using illegal drugs that night, and officers could not find signs of illegal drug use in the home. The man refused transport to a hospital.
